NeenoBeano is a trading name of Parrag Solutions Ltd (company no. 15835031), registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom.
In this policy, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Parrag Solutions Ltd. We are the data controller of personal data collected via neenobeano.com and our store.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which acts as our service provider/processor in certain cases and as an independent controller for some of its own services and features.

- Contact & account: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address; account login (passwords encrypted).
- Order & payment: items purchased, order notes, totals, currency, payment status, last 4 digits/brand of card (we do not store full card details).
- Usage & device: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, referral/UTM, interactions (via Shopify and consented analytics).
- Preferences & marketing: newsletter/subscription choices, your consent decisions.
- Support: messages, attachments (e.g., photos of product issues).
- Inferences: preferences derived from your on-site activity (if analytics/ads are enabled with consent).
4) Sources
Directly from you (checkout, account, support, forms).
- Automatically via our site, cookies/SDKs (see Cookie Policy).
- Service providers (e.g., Shopify, payment, shipping).
- Third parties where you authorise (e.g., social sign-in, marketing).

We do not sell your personal data. On request, we can provide a list of our current core processors. - Relationship with Shopify. Shopify also collects and processes some data about your interactions with our store to provide and improve its services. For those activities, Shopify may be an independent controller. 7) International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK/EEA (e.g., Canada/USA). Where we transfer data internationally, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or transfers to countries with an adequacy decision.
8) Retention
- We keep data only as long as necessary:
- Orders & invoices: generally 6 years (UK tax/accounting).
- Account data: while your account is active; deleted or anonymised after inactivity where feasible.
- Support tickets: typically 24 months after closure.
- Marketing: until you unsubscribe or after a period of inactivity.
We may retain limited information to meet legal, tax, or fraud-prevention requirements.

Our site is aimed at adults purchasing children’s products. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 in the UK without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we’ll delete it.
