Who we are & how we ship

NeenoBeano is a trading name of Parrag Solutions Ltd (UK). Every item is made to order. Depending on your location and product type, your order may be produced and dispatched from different fulfilment centres (UK, EU, US and others) to deliver faster and reduce customs delays.

Processing & production

  • Production typically takes 2–7 business days from the time you place your order.
  • Because items are made to order, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

Shipping time (after production)

Estimated transit times (not guarantees):

  • United Kingdom: ~2–5 business days
  • Europe: ~3–10 business days
  • USA & Canada: ~3–8 business days
  • Rest of World: ~5–20 business days

Delivery can take longer to remote areas or during peak seasons, severe weather, strikes, or customs inspections.

Split shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate parcels at no extra cost if they’re produced in different facilities. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel where available.

Shipping rates & carriers

  • Rates are shown at checkout and depend on destination, weight/size, and service.
  • Carriers vary by route and facility (e.g., national postal services and couriers).
  • Some destinations offer limited tracking; we provide the best available link.

Address accuracy & delivery issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address, refusal, or an unclaimed delivery, we can reship once a correct address is confirmed; additional postage will apply.
  • If a carrier returns a parcel because of an address or routing issue, we’ll contact you with reship options.

Change of address after order: We’ll try to update it before dispatch, but changes aren’t guaranteed once production or label creation has started.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn’t arrived 30 days after the expected delivery window, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 30 days with clear photos if:

  • the item is damaged, defective, or misprinted, or
  • you received the wrong item.

We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Note: small print-placement variations up to 0.5" (1.27 cm) are within tolerance and aren’t considered defects.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once the parcel reaches your country. These charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing can delay delivery.

PO Boxes & special addresses

Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or certain military/government addresses. If that applies, please provide a standard street address to avoid delays.

Shipping restrictions

We may be unable to ship to destinations subject to sanctions, carrier suspensions, or service interruptions. If we can’t fulfil your order to the chosen address, we’ll offer an alternative or a refund.

Tracking

When available, a tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel ships. If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the parcel, please check safe places, neighbours/concierge, and any delivery photos or notes, then contact us.
