1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
By using our Services, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your country or have parental/guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate and complete account, billing, and shipping information and to keep this information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share, sell, or transfer your account.
2. PRODUCTS
We make every effort to accurately display our products. However, actual colours and finishes may vary due to device settings or manufacturing tolerances.
All products are made to order and may have slight variations in print placement (up to 0.5" / 1.27cm). Product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are not confirmed until we have processed payment and sent you a confirmation email.
Because our products are made to order, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations once production has started.
Your purchases are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
4. PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and exclude delivery charges, customs duties, or taxes (where applicable).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the one displayed at checkout when you place your order.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us to charge your payment method for the total order amount.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
As our products are custom-made to order, they are exempt from the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU 14-day cooling-off period (Article 16(c)).
We only accept returns or offer refunds/replacements for items that are:
• Damaged, defective, or misprinted
• Incorrect
• Lost in transit
